Job Title: Finance Assistant, Jessica Morse for Congress

Salary: $4,000-$5,000 a month (or commensurate with experience)

Job Location: Sacramento Area

Job Description: Jessica Morse for Congress is seeking a talented individual to fill a Finance Assistant role on the campaign. The role will involve working closely with the Finance Director, the Candidate, and the Campaign Manager on a daily basis.

The Finance Assistant will staff candidate call time, help maintain fundraising databases, manage research projects, help plan and execute campaign fundraising events, and manage interns on the team. The campaign has an office in the district, and the selected candidate can expect to work from the office regularly.

Successful candidates must possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, be able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment. Campaign experience is required.

This is a full time role based in the Sacramento area. The individual who fills it will be expected to eventually relocate to the district, though interested candidates can expect the campaign to be flexible, accommodating, and supportive with moving logistics.

Job Qualifications:

-        At least 1 cycle of experience on a Democratic campaign

-        Being detail oriented and having proven organizational skills

-        The willingness to go above and beyond, working

-        Excellent communication skills

-        Proficiency in Google Sheets

-        Experience with NGP or CRM is a plus, but not required
